Voicify.pk is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Provider offering customer experience management, back-office services, inside sales channel management, professional services, and digital solutions. We provide top-notch outsourcing and call center services focusing on high-growth industries including Technology & Consumer Electronics, Media & Communication, Fast Food, Insurance, Automotive, Retail, and Healthcare.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our platform and services.

2. Definitions

  • "Client", "You", "User": Refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our services.
  • "Company", "We", "Us", "Our": Refers to Voicify.pk.
  • "Services": Refers to inbound/outbound call center solutions, digital marketing, back-office support, and any other services provided by Voicify.pk.
  • "Platform": Refers to our website, CRM, and any digital tools provided for service delivery.
  • "Subscription": A recurring payment model for ongoing services as defined in our pricing plans.

3. Scope of Services

Voicify.pk provides a comprehensive range of BPO and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Inbound Services: Customer support, helpdesk, order taking, and inquiry handling.
  • Outbound Services: Lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, and market research.
  • Digital Services: Social media management, email marketing, and chat support.
  • Back Office Support: Data entry, administrative tasks, and virtual assistance.

All services are subject to the specific scope defined in your service agreement or selected plan. Any services outside this scope may incur additional charges.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

Clients are expected to use our services responsibly. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Using our services for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening our staff or agents.
  • Reselling our services without prior written consent.
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of our platform.

Fair Usage Policy

Our unlimited plans are subject to fair usage to ensure the quality of service for all clients. "Unlimited" usage is defined as reasonable business use typical for a specific plan tier. Continuous excessive usage affecting the network or other clients may result in thorough review, potential throttling, or termination of service. We define "excessive" as usage significantly exceeding the average usage patterns of similar clients.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.

Data Collection

We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and business details when you register or perform a transaction. This data is used to provide services, process payments, and improve user experience.

Call Recording

For quality assurance and training purposes, calls made or received on your behalf may be recorded. These recordings are stored securely and kept confidential.

Confidentiality

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except for trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

6. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

  • Pricing: Prices for our services are described on our pricing pages and are subject to change with notice.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Failure to pay invoice by the due date may result in suspension of services.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

7. Refund, Cancellation & Termination

Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. However, due to the nature of labor-based services:

  • Service Fees: Generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable as they cover initial configuration and resource allocation.
  • Disputes: If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. Valid disputes will be credited to your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to Contact@voicify.pk. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding illegal activity, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

8. Service Levels & Limitations

We strive to provide continuous, high-quality service ("best-effort" basis). However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Certain factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or carrier issues (Force Majeure), may affect service delivery. In such cases, Voicify.pk is not liable for any resulting losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Voicify.pk and is protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of your customer data and any content you provide to us for the purpose of service delivery.

10. Liability & Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Voicify.pk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Voicify.pk harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the services.

11. Compliance & Legal

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
